Mid-Century Record Player Cabinet – Custom Conversion

One of a kind.

This is an authentic mid-century modern record player cabinet by Calum that has been fully restored and converted for modern use. Calum was a Canadian manufacturer active during the mid-century period, commonly associated with Ontario-made radio and record cabinets.

The original record player components have been removed, and the cabinet has been rebuilt inside. The exterior walnut case, proportions, and character were preserved, while the interior was redesigned into a compact bar or accent cabinet.

The cabinet features original walnut construction with a curved front profile, woven fabric side panels, and original hairpin legs. The interior is clean, functional, and includes integrates warm lighting for visibility and display.

Suitable as a small bar cabinet, entry accent, or sculptural storage piece in a mid-century or modern interior.
